| As now less than 3 weeks to go. I need to start planning how sets of dancing shoes I need. Does anyone know the social program? I expect it is some where obvious but I can't find it. Cheers Will |

| Will, I can't believe the slow responding to this, the most valuable of subjects. Whilst I'm not aware of the entire plan, I would suggest that we look to gather all the honorable ladies and gentlemen, i.e. those that are not members of the Crews Union, to convene for the first 'Annual Executive off-site' at a nearby - yet to be named - establishment serving, at the very least, strong continental beverages & chips. |

| JP. Don't worry Jim has just e-mailed me. I reckon 3 sets of dancing shoes. Saturday - Commodore's Reception - Buffet in top room from 1930 Sunday - NFA AGM @ 1830 in Top room - Round Table Festival in Harbour (live bands in marquee outside club & fireworks @ 2200) Monday - Home made lasagne with salad & garlic bread served between 1930 & 2100 (2 tickets included per boat, extra tickets on sale at registration @ £8) - Blues band "Hideaway" from 2100 Tuesday - Crews' Union @ TSC / Helms' Meal @ Little India restaurant both @ 1900 - followed by karaoke @ TSC Wednesday - G&M prize giving (after sailing @ TSC - cannot be by boats due to restrictions on glass/alcohol) - TSC Commodore's BBQ served between 1900 & 2100 (2 tickets included per boat, extra tickets on sale at registration @ £8) - Open Mike Night 2100 Thursday - Pimms & Fancy Dress Party (theme is "W(h)ales") from 1930, live music from "Elephant Gerald" Friday - Prize giving @ 1900 - Band (name tbc) from 2100 Bar open to 1am every evening except Sunday (midnight) Great value bar meals will be available on Thursday & Friday evenings at TSC |
